Project overview

Kant Cement Plant OJSC is one of the Kyrgyz Republic’s largest manufacturers. It produces four types of cement that meet international standards, employs around 800 people and supplies products used in major national infrastructure projects.

The project finances a new clinker firing line with capacity of 2,500 tonnes a day. Switching from wet to dry clinker production is intended to improve energy efficiency, reduce water use and air emissions, automate production and lower cement production costs.

The new line was formally launched in June 2025.
