Any materials that use information received during the event or quote the delegates must give attribution to the Second Eurasian Congress and the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) as its host.

Only delegates, journalists and staff with activated badges will have access to the Congress. Badges will be activated upon proof of a negative PCR test result from an accredited lab. The list of accredited labs will be posted and sent to registered delegates by 27 November.
